Airbourne Colours is your trusted partner for comprehensive engineering support, ensuring the safety and quality of aircraft paintwork.
Our commitment to quality, extensive experience, and minimizing downtime remains paramount in meeting our customers’ needs.
We maintain close partnerships with our selected Part 21J and Part 145 providers, spanning various aircraft platforms. At our Exeter facility, we collaborate with Exeter Aerospace, and at East Midlands, we team up with BCT Aviation Maintenance. These strategic associations, along with industry-leading Part 21J organisations, allow us to offer comprehensive one-stop-shop solutions.
We understand the paramount importance of safeguarding our client’s assets, enhancing their brand, and minimising downtime while maximising efficiency within their paint programs. Our comprehensive services encompass a range of critical activities, including meticulous paint stage inspections to ensure proper surface preparation, paint application, and adherence to specifications.
We also perform flying control balancing to guarantee correct alignment and optimal functioning of flight control surfaces. Daily and weekly inspections are carried out to detect any paint defects, surface damage, or corrosion that could compromise structural integrity. Finally, we issue the CRS (Certificate for Release to Service) only after conducting rigorous checks and tests, signifying that the aircraft complies with regulatory requirements and is safe for service return.
