Quality Policy Statement
Only by providing the standard of quality and service demanded by our customers and constantly striving to maintain and improve that standard, can we continue to be a respected provider of services. The basic quality requirements to achieve the standards are laid down in this manual and Company Procedures.
Quality of the finished product is achieved by internally monitoring standards, and by the level of approval granted to authorised staff as a result of structured training. Staff will be guided by Company Procedures whilst working with aircraft, in their particular discipline. By quality auditing against these procedures ensuring that satisfactory data, control of incoming paper work and records, storage and tagging, and equipment is available.
